SoyaCow is a simple machine for making soymilk, tofu, etc., using a patented technlogy that arrests the development of beany/rancid-oil flavor in soymilk. Over 1000 SoyaCow machines are operational in over 35 countries. These are helping to meet nutritional needs of people in developing and developed countries while generating wealth and employment. Each SoyaCow produces 30 to 40 litres of soymilk. One pound of soybean produces about 1 gallon of soymilk (8 to 10 litres per kilogram of soybean). One pound of soybean can produce 2 to 3 pounds of tofu depending on the firmness of tofu desired.
